Anastasia is the firm’s Head of People and is responsible for shaping and driving the people strategy at LP. Leading the People & Culture Team, Anastasia works closely with the Partnership and the Management Committee to align the firm’s values with long-term strategic objectives and vision for success.
A key custodian of the firm’s well renowned culture, Anastasia balances commercially driven decision making with a people-centred approach that empowers teams to perform at their best.
Outside of work, Anastasia’s interests include spending time with her family, travelling, and good food.
- Graduated with a BSc in Psychology in 2012
- Obtained a MSc in Occupational Psychology in 2018
- Worked within other sectors including motor and scientific research & development industries prior to working in the Legal industry
- Joined Leathes Prior in 2018
- An accredited member with the CIPD in 2014
- Promoted to Head of People at Leathes Prior in April 2026
