We offer bespoke in-house training sessions on a wide range of topics; the sessions range from high-level masterclasses which grow your in-house expertise and practical sessions on the application of legal principles in your business, to more general legal and industry updates and Q&A sessions. 

Every training session is individually tailored to your particular business needs to ensure it fits your requirements absolutely. Our trainers deliver clear, interactive, and practical sessions, either in person or remotely, to individuals at all levels of business - whether that be business owners, Directors, in-house counsel, managers, or the wider workforce. The sessions can be as long or as short as you wish, depending on your requirements.

Effective Performance Management - This covers the law and best practice on dealing with managing performance generally (both good and bad), with interactive exercises and practical advice on how to manage performance on the ground.

Equality and Diversity - Fun, interactive, and thought-provoking training - adapted depending on which layer of the workforce it is being delivered to - which resets and reminds delegates what is and is not acceptable in the workplace, the consequences of getting it wrong, and practical steps to take to ensure that equality and diversity is promoted and respected across the board. Given the upcoming changes in the law, which will expressly require businesses to take positive steps such as training to ensure the protection of staff in this area, this session is one of our most popular.

Employment Law for Managers - One of our most popular sessions, an overview session on the key principles of employment law, and how to apply them when managing the wide range of issues managers face when managing staff. Our trainers include real-life examples from your business to bring the practical application to life.

Behaviours and Cultures in the Workplace - This session reinforces and resets appropriate behaviours and standards in the workplace whilst also reflecting an organisation’s particular unique culture. 

Managing a Redundancy Exercise - A run-through of how to manage a legally compliant redundancy exercise, including setting selection pools, selection criteria, and group discussion on meaningful redundancy consultation and how to deal with any curveballs, and avoid pitfalls.

Working Time Regulations - An overview of the rules on working time and what counts as working time, together with top tips on how to effectively plan your business around that, and manage working time issues.

Contracts Masterclass - An interactive session focusing on what to look for when negotiating commercial contracts, what to accept or reject, and practical steps on how best to negotiate these points.
