Joanna is a Property Executive within our Residential Property Team specialising in a range of residential property matters, including but not limited to purchase, sales, remortgaging, transfer of equity’s and Land Registry matters. Joanna prides herself on her personal, proactive, and thorough approach putting an emphasis on high levels of communication with all parties throughout.
Joanna has over 13 years’ experience within the field, she started working at Cole & Co Solicitors in 2005 and has been at Leathes Prior since the companies merged in 2013. Joanna qualified as an Associate Paralegal in December 2019, and was promoted to Property Executive in October 2023.
Outside of work Joanna enjoys spending time with her two sons, travelling to new places, socialising, and going to the gym.
