Jess is the firm’s People & Culture Manager, for the duration of Anastasia Panova's Maternity Leave. She is responsible for processes and policies surrounding the firm’s people and culture function. She works closely with the Partners and the firm’s Management Committee to drive strategies to meet the firm’s business objectives.
This includes:
- Recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Performance management and development
- Employee engagement and wellbeing
- Retention and workplace culture
- Graduate recruitment and development
- Reward and recognition
Before joining the firm in November 2024 as Maternity Cover, Jess worked in HR Manager and HR Business Partner roles across the professional services sector. Jess holds a degree in Business Management, completed Level 5 CIPD in 2021, and is currently studying towards her Level 7 CIPD, she is currently an accredited associate member with the CIPD.
Outside of work Jess enjoys baking and nature walks.
