Anastasia is the firm's People & Culture Manager, responsible for processes and policies surrounding the firm’s people and culture function. She works closely with Partners and the firm’s Management Committee to drive strategies to meet the firm’s business objectives.
This includes:
- Recruitment, on-boarding and workforce planning
- Performance management and development
- Employee engagement and wellbeing
- Retention and workplace culture
- Graduate recruitment and development
- Reward and recognition
Before joining the firm in 2018, Anastasia previously worked in similar roles within other sectors including motor and scientific research & development industries.
With an educational background in Psychology, Anastasia holds a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Occupational Psychology and is an accredited member with the CIPD.
Outside of work, Anastasia's interests include travel and good food.
