Alison prides herself on her caring, helpful and thorough service, often capitalising on her experience with residential property when advising her farming clients.
Alison can assist with the following:
- First registrations of residential properties;
- Complex first registrations of farmland and agricultural property;
- Adverse Possession Applications;
- Sales and purchases of farmland and agricultural property, either by private treaty or auction; and
- Refinancing of farmland and agricultural property.
Alison joined Leathes Prior’s Residential Property Team as a Property Executive in January 2020 having previously worked for a local solicitor firm since 2015. Prior to this, Alison studied at Wymondham College to include law and has more recently completed her CILEX exams and has qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in October 2024. In December 2023 she joined the Agricultural Property Team on a full-time basis.
In her spare time, Alison enjoys spending time with her horses, watching rugby, running and has participated in a number of long-distance challenges for local charities.
