David Richards has accepted an invitation to become a Partner in the firm and Polly Langford, Barrie Baker and Ina Beurich have been promoted to the position of Associate.
In keeping with tradition, David Richards has come through the ranks having joined the firm as a trainee in 2007, qualifying as a solicitor in 2009 and promoted to Associate in 2013. David has an important role in the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Team dealing with a wide range of disputes and developing a reputation in the field of construction litigation. David is also a qualified mediator and he is regularly instructed by other firms of solicitors in the region and further afield.
Barrie Baker has been a great addition to the firm’s Wills, Estates & Powers of Attorney Team having joined the firm in 2013 as part of the acquisition of Cole & Co. Barrie has almost 30 years’ experience and his calm and professional manner has impressed clients and colleagues alike.
Polly Langford is another of the firm’s home grown talents having joined the firm as a trainee in 2008 and qualifying as a solicitor in 2010. Polly works closely alongside the Head of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Team Mike Barlow, specialising in commercial disputes, education and equine matters.
Like David and Polly, Ina Beurich trained with the firm and sits within the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Team. Ina joined the firm as a trainee in 2006, qualifying as a solicitor in 2008. Ina specialises in all aspects of insolvency law and practice and has gained an enviable reputation in this specialist area of work.
