Claire Woolliscroft passes STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates – England & Wales with 4 distinctions!
Alongside working in the Wills, Trusts and Probate Team, Claire has spent the last two years studying for her STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates – England and Wales. The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) is an organisation which promotes best practice for advisors in this field and is a professional qualification that is highly regarded in the private client industry. Having achieved a distinction in each of the four notoriously difficult exams, Claire is thrilled to have been awarded her STEP Diploma and has commented;
"The exams are known for being tough, and they certainly lived up to their reputation. But completing the Diploma has allowed me to really develop my expertise and explore the law and processes relating to Trusts and Estate Administration in detail.”
Claire is a Solicitor in our Wills, Trusts and Probate Team and is experienced in providing advice in respect of all aspects of estate administration, Wills, Trusts, Tax, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
Claire will join Partners, William Riley and Tessa Bonser in becoming a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
A big congratulations to Claire Woolliscroft from all here at Leathes Prior!
