Marketing Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic Business Development & Marketing Team. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a wide range of marketing activities across the firm, contributing to our growth ambitions and brand presence. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support to the marketing function, assisting with the delivery of campaigns, events, digital content, and internal initiatives – helping to ensure the smooth and effective running of the department and the firm.
The candidate and post
This is a varied and hands-on role that will see the successful candidate involved in a broad mix of marketing tasks across the firm. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with general marketing administration and supporting day-to-day activity across the team.
- Helping to coordinate and support firm-hosted events, external networking opportunities, and promotional activities.
- Contributing to digital marketing efforts including updates to the firm’s website and social media presence.
- Supporting internal communications, brand initiatives and the preparation of marketing materials. Liaising with suppliers, printers and venues as needed.
- Attending events as and when required.
- Providing support for key firmwide initiatives, including charity partnerships, wellbeing campaigns, and social activities.
The ideal candidate
- Has strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Is confident, personable and communicates well in both writing and conversation.
- Has a particular interest in marketing and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Thrives in a team environment with a positive and adaptable approach.
The working hours for this post would be 35 hours per week, working within the hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm and we welcome applications from candidates who wish to work flexibly.
