Residential Conveyancer - Fee Earner


The candidate and post

We are now recruiting for a fee earner to join our well-established Residential Property Team.

This full-time position is ideal for candidates wanting to join an efficient and supportive team with a leading reputation. The role holder will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.

The ideal candidate is passionate about all aspects of residential property work including delivering exceptional client care and will act for a range of clients including individuals and business clients as a trusted advisor.

We welcome candidates who are undergoing their training or who are already qualified.

The team, clients, and work 

This is a large, well-established team with a diverse client base. The team prides itself on the high-quality work and the longstanding relationships they hold with their clients.

The team (currently comprising two Partners, two Senior Associates, four Associates, one Solicitor, three Property Executives, two Paralegals, one Trainee Solicitor and six Legal Assistants) offers specialist advice and support on many different types of conveyancing transactions and acts for a wide range of clients from individuals to business clients with a national presence.
